Call for Participation at the Conference Networking Sessions

2007 EVA/MINERVA Jerusalem Conference on the Digitisation of Cultural Heritage

20-21 November 2007

We look forward to your participation in the 2007 EVA/MINERVA Jerusalem Conference on the Digitisation of Cultural Heritage and invite you to submit a proposal for the Conference Networking sessions to be held the 20 and the 21st  of November 2007.

The conference networking sessions are designed to provide a structured environment to network with your colleagues with whom you have common interests. You can share information, set goals and mix and mingle. This is also the place to hold meetings, meet research and business contacts or simply take a moment and enjoy the wine and cheese.

You can explore the presentations and identify those colleagues with whom you wish to further pursue contacts in view of possible joint endeavours.

To guarantee that the time is well used the networking sessions will be structured through previously reviewed presentations and clustering. Below you will find the detailed instructions regarding the content areas for which presentations are requested; the way to prepare and propose a presentation abstract; and the relevant deadline dates.

The ample space of the Conference Networking sessions will be arranged so as to create clusters of presentations with common affinities. Thus we intend to have people with potential common interests presenting near each other so as to facilitate their interaction.

Read the instructions that follow below and send the abstract of your proposal to Susan Hazan shazan at  netvision.net.il or to Dov Winer dovw at savion.huji.ac.il . The approved proposals will be presented at the Conference Networking sessions..
